Office Visit Requirements:
All dogs must be on a leash. No metal-type collars, please.
All cats must be in a carrier.
All pets must be current on their Rabies vaccination

All pets must have a current relationship with a regular veterinarian. All of my services are intended to complement the care of your pets’ regular veterinarian. I am happy to work with your vet to develop a well-rounded plan to enrich your pets’ comfort and well-being.
Diagnosis of your pets’ primary medical condition should be made by your regular veterinarian prior to scheduling with me at Cloud Bear Healing Arts. I am not equipped to provide diagnostic testing beyond physical examination.
